The service at this store is appalling. There does not appear to be any logical system for storing shoes once they have been repaired, and while they may give you a return slip when you drop your shoes off, don't let that put you under the impression the other side of the slip will be attached to your shoes. It won't be. Be prepared when you go to pick your shoes up, to spend the next fifteen minutes hunting through piles of other peoples shoes to find yours squashed in the corner with a pair of boots on top of them. It would be quite easy to point out someone else's shoes that take your fancy and they will happily give them to you without asking for a matching return slip. In summary, don't leave your shoes at this place unless you have a thing for touching other people's fusty shoes and are prepared to risk your shoes disappearing into a big black hole.

Took a pair of shoes to be dyed. Fantastic job - shoes turned out exactly the colour I wanted them and staff were really helpful.
