Certified Builders are obliged to apply for a 10 Year Guarantee when building a new home.


Specially developed for CBANZ, it's called a Homefirst Builders' Guarantee and is continually evolving to reflect the changing needs of clients. This guarantee is also available, as an option, if you are having alterations and additions done.
