I personally use their depot on my way home and have found the people there very helpful and friendly to deal with. Even gave me a new loyalty card with stamps on when I misplaced mine. Great customer service in my book. Week done guys and keep up the great work. The team at kaiwhara rock!

I am very disappointed with your service especially your courier on run number 906 Wellington. This courier has failed to deliver on four occasions causing me to have to travel to Upper Hutt PostShop a round distance of approx. 18 km. each time to collect the parcels. The excuse for non-delivery as written by the courier on the back of the "Sorry we missed you" form was "can't come up driveway van skids sideways on your drive." This is totally incomprehensible. NZ Couriers have no problem delivering up the drive; neither did the furniture van, Spark /Chorus the people who deliver the gas bottles for the heating and today a large truck to cut down and remove trees. I am 78 years of age if I can get up the drive then there is no reason why your courier can't. I can't order anything by mail order as I know I will have to go to Upper Hutt to collect it. What are you going to do about this lack of service?

Both times I have been forced to use this company, they never even knocked on my door to deliver my packages and the second time never even left a card to call. The depot is out in the middle of nowhere and it's a complete chore to get to unless you have a car. I actually feel nervous ordering things online now, because I may have to be forced to deal with Courierpost. Truly the worst service I have ever received.

Kaiwharawhara road is out in the middle of nowhere and I don't have a car. Online system isn't letting me re-direct delivery to my work address. The last time this happened I had to take a taxi out there and it cost me over $50! There is an NZ Post pick up point just round the corner from me in Newtown. NZ Post and Courier Post must be associated because they share the exact same logo. Why are they not sharing the network resources in terms of pick up points. Total madness and absolutely aggravating. A service I avoid whenever possible.

Awating a passport. 22/09 card left inside front door ( was at home and all doors open). Phoned back within 15 minutes but courier was too far away to return. Asked if I could come to depot to pickup but advised the parcel wouldn't be back during opening hours. Out of town from then until late 6/09. but was promised it would be delivered on sat (today) morning. 1.15pm no sign. Called to find "outside business hours". Went through to passport line and told system down today due to upgrade so can't help, try driving to depot maybe someone will be around. Still no passport and now VERY URGENT and looks like more expense. Very poor customer service. and most of my day wasted waiting.
