Processing the pay

Every pay period just send us by email or fax the hours your employees have worked. You can use your own forms or we can provide some for you. For your salaried employees, just send us the changes such as leave that has been taken or additional allowances. We will take care of the rest.

You will be fully informed

Once we have started the pay we will send you an Employee Payroll Summary for your approval. Once we have your OK we will complete the pay and email you the rest of the payroll reports.

Banking

If you would like us to organize the banking for your employees we can do that too. Initially you will need to complete Letters of Credit for your bank. Every payday, wages and salary will come out of your bank account and straight to your employees account.

Reporting

We have a vast number of reports available. We can discuss the ones the ones that are particularly important to your company.

IRD Reporting

The Paymasters is a PAYE Intermediary and therefore can pay the IRD on your behalf and file your IRD returns. We can also and handle all queries from the IRD.
