My husband and I loves Lone Star. We went there for his bday and had a very intimate, happy and contented meal. You can't go wrong with Lonestar. For me it's the best!

Great quality food for a reasonable price. Added bonus is if you join the loyalty club, take 3 friends with you and you get to dine free once on your birthday month. Beers and wine match well with mains beautifully!

Excellent big meals, even catering for the vegetarian in our family! Went out with the family and had a selection across the table, everyones favourite was the lamb. Excellent service too, we were waiting a little while on one cocktail (which was delicious) so they took it off the bill without us even asking!

The atmosphere is awesome. They service really big meals so definitely go hungry. Great service and is great to take your kids too on their birthday's as they really spoil them.

A great feed, good selection of all the booze you could want! Not somewhere to take a first date, but if out with mates before a big night out or with family, it's perfect! some staff can have a bit of a 'too cool for school' attitude and would be good for them to remember who deserves the most attention (the customer) but otherwise would fully recommend it!

Lonestar on Tory Street. General Impression: I have been there several times and it has been really good. The food is always nice. Food: The meals are "American size" which is huge. We made the mistake of ordering an ontray and could barely fit our main in once. When you order bread, a loaf of bread comes out. Atmosphere: Ok, can be a bit difficult to hear someone. There is memorabilia all over the walls, so they are always a topic of conversation Bookings: They don't do bookings, so if you arrive at a good time they can seat you straight away. Otherwise it is ok waiting near the bar, Staff: Ok. Friendly. Clean: Yes. And some seating you can see the chefs in the kitchen. Pricing: You leave feeling full. Right pricing for the meal you receive. Toilets: Decent. Overall: Recommended and I would be happy to eat there again.
