23rd October 2012 We just had a claim and the outcome was absolutely shocking. They involved 6 people for a small claim and it was so bad that I'll look for an other insurance.

29th January 2008 Not happy at all with their service. Apart from the fact the assessors lying in their report, and not adequately assessing my vehicle, and causing the cost of the repair go up for me to pay. They seemed to be blaming everyone else for the slow process.
