Some rooms can not be used due to dampness and damage from leakage as told by counter, while other rooms are fairly up to standard from my experience.

Did not receive discount as promised through booking, I was actually charged $10 more per night. Letter of request was sent ahead for handicap accommodations for my friend, and the first floor request was never honored. Instead she received a 2nd floor room furthest from the elevator.
