EMA Central (Employers' and Manufacturers' Association, Central) is member owned and managed organisation. We are dedicated to representing business and employer interests in all matters affecting enterprise operations, from Taranaki and Gisborne in the north, to Nelson in the south.
We have been working for employers and manufacturers at a regional and national level for more than a century, and currently we represent over 2,000 members who employ more than 120,000 people.
EMA central also joins three other regional organisations to fund and govern Business New Zealand to enable it to represent the interests of small, medium and large New Zealand enterprises.
Every day we work with our members through the provision of a wide range of specialist Employment Relations, Health & Safety, Human Resources, Employment Law (for members only) and Learning services. We also offer a wide range of training courses and seminars to help our members meet their business or enterprise goals.
