Also Gluten Free BLACK PUDDINGS and (frozen) PORK PATTIES.

We also have a good range of "homemade" sauces and chutneys to compliment your meat dishes.

Husband and wife team, AVON and CHARLES HAIGH have been presenting quality meat and small goods for the past 13 years. Always inventive, our award winning PUMPKIN and ROAST FENNEL sausages are a hit. Being a coeliac, Avon is very mindful of the needs of other coeliacs and people with allergies. Our "Allergy Friendly" BEEF, PORK or GARLIC sausages (No Gluten, No Dairy, No MSG) are available every week and more gluten free flavours are rotated weekly. The list is endless. Traditionally cured gluten free BACON and HAMS are smoked with manuka and rosemary and are available all year round.

HAM on the bone is available in halves or whole, champagne ham, bone drawn pressed leg ham and our new KESSLER loin hams.

With a choice of MIDDLE, DRY CURED STREAKY and SHOULDER bacon every taste is catered for. .

MEAT PACKS for RAFFLES are also our specialty.

Charles takes care of the day to day "heavy stuff" and all meat preparation. A keen cook, Avon has a great store of recipes and ideas that she is more than willing to share and is forever thinking about "new" sausage flavours and recipes to try.

Every "second" SATURDAY Avon is at the PARAPARAUMU BEACH MARKET (rain, hail or shine). Everything that you can buy at the shop is available there.
