Friendly, fast and efficient when selling motor. When I installed motor and found it had a blowen head gasket they stuffed me arround with phone tag for a month before saying that they wouldn't honor their warranty. The reson Robert Orr gave is I didn't fill out the paperwork and didn't get the radiator professionally stripped and cleaned.
