Took a pair of boots in to have the zip fixed only to be called 4 days later to say he was unable to fix them & that I could come and collect them at no charge. What he didn't tell me over the phone was that he had basically butchered my boots, tried to fix the zip but was unable to and in the process did a botch job on putting the zip back on. Also manage to hack away at the inside lining in the process and returned them to me in a state that was far worse that I would have ever imagined. In addition to this, the customer service was shocking - just plain rude!! Took my boots to Shane Barr Shoe Repairs in Central parade who did a fantastic job of fixing the original issue and tidying up the mess that Minute Man had made - and with great customer service. Thumbs up to Shane Barr and a "definitely will not return" to Minute Man at Bayfair!!
