21st July 2008 Not a very good experience! - Group of approx 16 ppl. 7pm, Sunday.
Firstly the breads from the bread selection were so dry, I think they had been sitting out for a couple of days! The waitress was definately not very experienced and had to even be prompted by one of the people at our table to actually take peoples orders. Once we finally got to order our meals, it took at least an hour to get our meals, even though we were pretty much the only table of guests in the whole place. A couple arrived about 45 minutes after us, received their meals, ate their meals and left before we got ours.
A person at our table asked for some tomato sauce with their fish and chips... the sauce never arrived..
A vegetarian ordered a vegetarian (obviously) filo pastry, when it was bought out was told it was chicken, and asked the guest to cut into it to check... and yes it was vegetarian, the waitresses reply "oops, I got it wrong"..
Pretty lousy all round really... needs a big improvement!
