Mink is top of my list for coffees in Auckland after breakfast there today. I'm always on the lookout for a good weekend breakfast venue and Mink is a good one. The breakfast menu is a little staid but my bacon and eggs was tasty. Free range eggs are standard

Established in 1999, Mink Cafe is situated on the ground floor of the historic Exchange Hotel on the corner of Parnell Road and Heather St. Mink is well known as a large up market cafe bar commanding a sunny aspect with great outdoor seating. Popular for lunch time dining and late afternoon drinks and evening dinners. Mink is a well established feature of the Parnell experience.

Great place for a leisurely weekend brekkie or a business lunch during the week - always consistent.

Two words - Eggs Benedict - get it at this place and you will never want to try it at any other cafe. Get in early on a sunday as it starts to get busy past 9:30ish.

This place does a great eggs benedict, even if you are not a fan of this dish give it a go at Mink. Everything else on the menu looks pretty tasty as well, but I just cant go past the benedict! Well worth a visit for a weekend brunch!
