EAPworks, Change@work and Career Plus represent the three primary service arms of Workplace Connections Limited - the foremost being the provision of Employee Assistance Programmes, under the name of 'EAPworks'.
In addition to this, Workplace Connections provides a range of resources and practical support services to aid successful workplace change management and individual career planning or transition.
Our consultants assist by working in a partnership with the management team of our client organisations, providing expertise, training, resource material and personal mentoring. As specialist EAP consultants and accredited career practitioners, we also assist individual employees to make successful career transitions or new beginnings.

- Specialised information packs are also available for managers implementing change or employees affected by change.
- Excellent Change support services Provision of on site and off site support to assist employees through the change process.
- Outplacement and JobSearch; A customised programme for individuals at all levels to manage the transition to new employment
- Career Planning and Coaching; A service to assist individuals with career direction and with CV preparation and interview skills.
- Training and group workshops
