Spoke to a lady on phone who was very hard to understand, she said my taxi be there in 15 min. After half hour I call back to find out where it was and she said almost there 5 min. After an hour of waiting for this taxi I gave up and walked home . I don't recommend this company at all. Would get a negative 5 star rating.if that was possible.
