13th November 2013 Been an ASB Bank customer for 20 years. Should have left them years ago. Personal bankers that don't return calls or emails. Customer service staff that pass you from person to person and never get back to you. Thank goodness there are other, larger banks that have systems in place that value your business and that's where I'm moving my business to.
