Great storage facility, clean & tidy, well-lit, good hours, excellent communication and customer service. We used it for just over 4 years and changed to smaller storage unit within the facility during that time after moving house when we didn't need such a big unit. Highly recommended if you need storage with handy location & easy access close to motorways & city.

We used Cook Street for three months during a transition between residences and while traveling. The manager and the staff are unfailingly helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to help us save money by fitting into a smaller storage bin, and worked readily on any need we had. The place is immaculate and security is excellent. We would not hesitate to use National again.

I used NMS Cook Street for More than a year (April 2012 - June 2013). Moving in and moving out was genuinely hassle free. I never had to worry and feel unsafe storing my belongings and some valuables there as the place is so secure and clean. Aside from a very competitive and reasonable monthly fee, the convenience of the location and to top it all, it was the friendly, attentive and helpful staff that made me feel I can rest well at night and be assured that my stuff will still be there intact and safe the next day. I definitely would highly recommend NMS (Cook Street) for those living in the city. In the future if i will need storage again...i do not have to think as i know where NMS Cook Street is :)

I used NMS Cook Street for 3 months in 2013 storing my household contents and they were excellent. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and made everything easy, the facilities were clean and maintained and always felt secure, and the move in and out was completely hassle free. I'd definitely use them again, and recommend them to anyone wanting storage.

I have used this facility to store my houselot of furniture & items for 5 years while being away overseas, the facilities here are excellent with excellent security measures & temperature control within the facility to keep your goods in an excellent condition. The team at this branch have been brilliant to deal with, always helpful & going the extra mile to help out. I would definitely recommend using their storage facilities.

I used from 2000-2001 then couple of times when I needed. They are stii the same tidy and clean. The main thing is mid of the city always there!

We stored at NMS Cook Street Branch from July 2004 to July 2011. It was always a pleasure to deal with this branch which is run very efficiently and is always well maintained. Staff are excellent and provide wonderful and dedicated customer service and support. I would recommend this facility to anyone and would have no hesitation whatsoever in returning to store there.

My friend and I used the Cook St branch for 3 years while we travelled. We initially had our belongings in the same unit, then we split them up when I moved to Wellington. My friend still has here gear at Cook St. Over the 3 years, they were immensely helpful, friendly, and kind. We had many times when we were uncontactable, and they were always ready to make things easy for us if we were late in paying due to travelling commitments. I recommend them highly, and would use them again in a flash!

We used the Cook Street branch to "declutter" after we sold our home. It took us 18 months to make enough room to bring back the "clutter" (!!) but, in that time, we felt confident in the safety of the unit. Nice clean premises, friendly staff, and 7-days access. Can't ask for more!
