16th March 2013 I have used this facility to store my houselot of furniture & items for 5 years while being away overseas, the facilities here are excellent with excellent security measures & temperature control within the facility to keep your goods in an excellent condition. The team at this branch have been brilliant to deal with, always helpful & going the extra mile to help out. I would definitely recommend using their storage facilities.

16th February 2012 I used from 2000-2001 then couple of times when I needed. They are stii the same tidy and clean. The main thing is mid of the city always there!

1st August 2011 We stored at NMS Cook Street Branch from July 2004 to July 2011. It was always a pleasure to deal with this branch which is run very efficiently and is always well maintained. Staff are excellent and provide wonderful and dedicated customer service and support. I would recommend this facility to anyone and would have no hesitation whatsoever in returning to store there.

5.0We stored at NMS Cook Street Branch from July 2004 to July 2011. It was always a pleasure to deal with this branch which is run very efficiently and is always well maintained. Staff are excellent and provide wonderful and dedicated customer service and support. I would recommend this facility to anyone and would have no hesitation whatsoever in returning to store there.

15th August 2010 My friend and I used the Cook St branch for 3 years while we travelled. We initially had our belongings in the same unit, then we split them up when I moved to Wellington. My friend still has here gear at Cook St. Over the 3 years, they were immensely helpful, friendly, and kind. We had many times when we were uncontactable, and they were always ready to make things easy for us if we were late in paying due to travelling commitments. I recommend them highly, and would use them again in a flash!

27th June 2008 We used the Cook Street branch to "declutter" after we sold our home. It took us 18 months to make enough room to bring back the "clutter" (!!) but, in that time, we felt confident in the safety of the unit. Nice clean premises, friendly staff, and 7-days access. Can't ask for more!
