I have been a member of Beachside Seniors Healthclub for 10 years (female now age 73). Every day there is a different programme. The instructors give us aeorbics 2 days, machines and floor exercises another 2 and a circuit 1 day all for $4.00 an hour session. The social side has also been a real joy with a mix of male and female.
