Absolutely terrible. They left me a card to call. I had to go and pick up the parcel on a Saturday, but they had no hours on their website. Tried calling them on all of their three available numbers, with no answer. They even say on their website that they offer Saturday deliveries if you call them. Too bad nobody answers. A complete lack of customer service and a waste of my time. I paid extra to get my item couriers, and all it has caused me is trouble. I should have just paid for regular post in the first place. Don't waste your time or money.

This company managed to dliver my goods to the wrong address four times in one week-my item is now lost and has to be reordered. Terrible service and astonishingly unhelpful.
