With the increased use of twin start thread containers and caps a system with very fast response is required since the cap maybe fully torqued in one or less turns.
Electronic control allows for rapid starting and stopping of the drive unit which minimises the impact of inertia and rotational speed which conventional units cannot control.

* Tamper evident banded caps that need higher torque requirements than that required to tighten the cap
