I am impressed with Greg's professionalism, motivation and knowledge. When we caught up he was incredibly generous with his time & in sharing awesome knowledge - he is certainly up with all of the cutting edge developments. I have no hesitation in recommending Greg & his wonderful team to anyone wanting excellent service & great care of their property. Professional & down to earth - what more could anyone want? We have known Greg and some of his award winning team for a number of years through the Property Management industry, where he has been both a presenter of best practice as well as an attendee to up skill wherever possible. Because of this knowledge,we would have no hesitation recommending him and his team to anyone needing thier services.

I have dealt with both Greg and Maree from Watson Real Estate, managing my Palmerston North home. Although they expect me to respond to their e-mails promptly, I have had to wait a week before the courtesy of a response from them. Additionally, when a hygiene issue was raised about bathrooms not being cleaned properly, I had to wait for 6 weeks before anything was done about it! I have to agree with the previous comment about being quick take your money, but not to act! I would rate them a 2.

We were buyers looking at property and John Cox let us do our thing, he didn't press us in any way. He met our needs in what we were looking for in houses. John was very good.

Tania Osborne was very good, I had no problems at all. The Watson website was user friendly unlike some other real estate websites that were difficult to use. Tania always kept us informed and left a note after every open home.

John Cox did a great job for us. He was always really good at keeping in touch through text, email & phone - he was just fantastic. He was very professional, had great advice & was easy to chat to. The house sold within 4 days so we are very happy.

John Cox was a fantastic agent, he was professional & kept me in the loop at all times. The photos were fantastic & the write up was also very good. I was very pleased, it was only on the market for a week - couldn't ask for anything better than that!!

When I first moved to Palmerston North from Bulls, Watsons was the only real estate company who showed any genuine interest in helping me find a place to live that was suitable. Since then I have had nothing other than perfect service from Maree. She is friendly, helpful and always goes the extra mile for me. Her customer service is excellent. I always feel like it is not a problem to contact her and her reply is always prompt. Thank you so much for all your help!

I found finding a rental with Watsons far easier than other companies in Palmerston North. Their process of booking viewing appointments online means a straight-forward experience unlike turning up elsewhere and they dont even know where the keys are! Our property manager is approachable and has handled maintenance quickly. Overall Watson's has been a great experience and I will use them in the future.
