The specialty is fish and chips, prepared lovingly and in generous portions from fresh catch landed nearby in Timaru's active seaport. The chips are made fresh on the spot from locally grown potatoes, elevating something commonplace to a very special treat. The service is small town hospitality at its best, all at at modest price that will leave you plenty of spare change for the tip jar!
