Hot Chick chickens are barbecued over NZ volcanic rock. With this unique cooking process, Chickens are mounted on rotisserie poles and placed over the volcanic rocks which are heated by gas. As the chickens rotate they cook slowly and evenly. With the rise in temperature, juices from the chickens drip down on to the volcanic rock creating a smoke that rises and infuses the chicken, producing a natural and unique BBQ flavour. The end result is a succulent and tasty chicken with a crispy golden skin. With the fat dripping away, this chicken not only tastes great - it is a healthy takeaway alternative.

The Hot Chick is a popular choice for a variety of private and corporate functions. We are able to cater in bulk and deliver to your venue as arranged.
