I have been to roxanes 4 times now. I would say that the girls are of average selection, and there has always been one or two i find "hot" in my opinion. I have always been treated with respect and been well looked after, upon arrival, spending time in the lounge and upon departure. It was difficult my first time, as it was my first time using the service. That particular girl was lovely and very easy to get along with, making it much easier for me.
They do look after you. The conversation has been good, one girl was studying to be a nurse, and it made a nice point of differance to talk to someone who knew their stuff. I believe it to be clean and reasonably professional. I have returned and i will in the future. I have not used the motel call out service, but i would recommend just going to the building it will be easier in my opinion. Another girl has made me feel very special and has been my favorite so far, although ive never seen her there again
My only suggestion would be to have more girls there when I arrive to choose from, although i know that depends on employees of course. I would also suggest a discreet service so that clients will be able to get back in touch to arrange a specific girl for them, or a more specific roster that an be made aware to clients. Guys will want to come back, try to look after them to make that happen. For whatever reason there seems to be a high staff turnover, i would like to see that not happen as i have enjoyed the company of specific girls, and would like them to know me and greet me if i returned.
Overall i have never had a bad experience, and i would recommend Roxanes.

thanku for ur comment sad fact we had to dismiss ur partner and escort her from the the parlour she was the worst person to ever had worked here . so we are glad to not have u or her anywere near the place . goodluck to u both in the future

From a Clients observations/perspective :-
Rates barely a 1 out of 5 and that's merely because it's the only parlour in Palmerston North.....(These points are to assist the management in what to do in order to come up to speed)..
1- Roxanne's is NOT as portrayed in photo's on the website (i.e. shoddy equipment, broken beds, showers not working etc..),
2- Girls I had were naive, unprofessional and unintelligent. Not good Hostesses. (I'm NOT going back there again),
3- No Receptionist on duty due to her sleeping on the job,
4- Lack of basic Health & Safety measures in place (eg no accident/incident register, no First-Aid cabinet to name some),
5- Unapproachable management/owner,
6- Lack of safety measures for both clients and girls (eg, no security, lack of prominently displayed health & hygiene posters etc..),
7- Unhygienic disposal of condoms, etc, etc, etc.....
...These observations are from a customers perspective only, but Roxannes has alot of work to do in order to retain my business. Thank You,
