My bumper was repaired by Harts Body Shop, after a period of 6 months the paint had peeled in region on the bumper. They refused to repair the defect, so I took the matter to the disputes tribunal. The disputes tribunal ruled in my favor, and ordered a partial refund. Harts Body Shop was in no way helpful or courteous dealing with the matter.
