mot seido karate club has helped my son gain confidence self esteem and fitness over the 3 years hes been attending.the facilities at the rec centre are quite acceptable for a town of this size.the main tutor or koshi who teaches the classes seems to break some serious rules of conduct outside the classes but does a good job of teaching.
