TurnKey systems are supplied to cold stores, food factories and a wide variety of process cooling plants around the South Island. Maintenance
Increasingly, clients are looking towards proactive maintenance and Hawkins cater for this through sophisticated remote monitoring, whereby technicians have site monitoring and access facilities through SCADA remote terminals. This facility provides the faster response and lean service costs demanded by today's businesses.
Service
Skilled service engineers are on call 24/7. Each mobile unit carries an inventory of standard service parts with a fully stocked mobile service trailer available for those more demanding problems.
Compressor Overhaul
A custom-built compressor workshop staffed by skilled tradesmen facilitates rapid turnaround and a high standard of workmanship for compressor repairs through to total overhauls. This keeps downtime to a minimum and maximizes the working life of the plant. An inventory of spares is held for most common models.
