These ladies were horrible to me as a young person I felt they didnt value my service even though in the end I spent $400 there on a dress! They told me the hem was free but then on pick up the hidden $55 fee came up this was a horrible experience DO NOT BUY HERE!

I have used the services at Davis Bridal and find the staff to be helpful and knowledgable. Their alteration service is second to none. I would highly recommend this bridal shop it is a one shop stocking more than just wedding gowns.

The one star is over rated but I had to give them something. The staff were so rude and it felt like they were only after my money (which they probably were. Lack of customer service and respect. Lovely dress but not sure if it was worth it. The staff really put a downer on the whole thing. Would not and could not recommend and have been telling everyone I hear getting married to stay away!

dresses are absolutely stunning and after having to return many times due to dress alters etc i found the service fantastic!!i now will not step into another dress store as these girls have it all..great service and dresses!!

I agree with ameez3580, i went into the shop with a friend to look at flower girl dresses and asked if there was any way to get a dress in white and was told off for not already having brought one, and when i was told that i could not bring my dress in to try on with a veil i had had enough and walked out. i have never been treated so rudely i was extreemly upset when i left and would never go back! On the other hand if you like being treated this way they have beautiful gowns

I found that Davis Bridal were very helpful. I thought it would be really hard to find a dress in a plus size (16) and I ended up not being able to choose between two! I found that they know what they are taking about and was worth the $25.00 I paid. I have been to other shops in chch and found them not very helpful at all. I recommend Davis Bridal, and i found their prices are similar to other bridal shops.

very nice dresses and very lovely staff to deal with i found them very helpful and i got an amazing dress for a very affordable price and the florist shop at the front do a discount if you do decide to get your dress through them and having alterations to my dress was a very good price im one happy young lady

The dresses are very nice but extremely overpriced compared to what you can have custom made via sources such as Trademe. The service was also absolutely shocking. Having made an appointment for a fitting (at a cost of $25.00) we arrived to find the shop keeper wasn't there. A person from a neighbouring shop was looking after it on behalf and the owner didn't return until 40 minutes later! On her return she did not apologise at all or even give an explanation to us and carried on as normal, infact was quite bossy. She got quite put off when I explained that I no longer had time for her to take measurements as we had already had an extremely late start and i had to get back to work. She does not deserve our business that would have totalled over $2,500.00
