We had our wedding catered by the Colony, and they were absolutely fantastic. We even had a special request for a dessert that wasn't on their set menu, and it was absolutely noooo problem for Steph and her staff to make it at no extra expense. Steph got the menu to us in heaps of time. Everything was done via email and she was very efficient in replying to our questions. Her waitresses were awesome and very friendly. Because of her delicious food, everyone left with a very satisfied feeling in their tummies - plus, we were able to take the left over food for the BBQ on the following day! Can't recommend highly enough!
