- Our Plans and Drawing office use state of art of House Design software (Chief Architect) to give you a detailed set of plans and visual graphic's. These plans allow you to get a realistic view of the completed project. Alteration to plans in the early creation stage's can be done quickly.

- O'Callaghan & Walker Builders Ltd regularly enter the Registered Master Builders House of the Year competition and consistently get gold & silver medals.

- We use Chief Architect (Professional Design and Drafting Software)
Chief Architect has made the creation of plans and drawings a very accurate and exiting part of the building process. Its with the plans and drawings that you start to see your hopes and dreams come alive.
