I had an accident in 2006.This turned into depression as I had to turn my life around.All I really have to say is don't quit.Seek help and speak your mind and accept advice by doctors and specialists.Live a day at a time. There are people out there that love you.Take up a hobby.

Among non government agencies, Framework is a leader in adopting an integrated approach to its delivery of strengths-based services.

Paramount among those services are personal focus skills and supported employment, and community support,living and intensivwe support services.

All are closely aligned with a desire to get mental health and intellectual disability consumers back into employment, society, in jobs, and housing of their choice.

Operating in this way since 1984, Framework's vision, "Recovery through Partnership," is demonstrated by the provision of innovative recovery programmes.
