In addition to providing considerable savings for its clients, a complete legal service is also available to commence legal actions should that be necessary against the very difficult non co-operating debtors.
The company has a very strong network of proven Licenced Private Investigators and agencies throughout New Zealand to assist in the recovery process.
Provided the correct documentation is available, costs of our actions and commissions are able to be recovered from the debtor.
Waikato Collections do not charge commissions on costs recovered like other agencies. Commissions are charged on the amount initially submitted to DML and not on the amount of the payment made by the debtor. All funds recovered for our client are placed into a trust and released each month along with a detailed account of actions we have taken on your behalf.
