Stored my belongings in Takanini branch for just under a year. Wonderful service. Friendly emails especially regarding Christmas hours of operation. Explained everything down to a T. Would defiantly store here again, if needed too. Thank you very much.

Communication with David and Margaret was super easy - very quick response times, friendly and helpful at all times. David explained everything very clearly when I signed up and was very helpful choosing the correct storage unit for my needs. Keypad entry and online payment was a breeze and I really appreciated being refunded at the end for the few weeks storage I still had left. A very pleasant surprise. Highly recommended. Thanks guys!

I commend Dave, his wife and ursula as they take the time to ensure that you understand what you are signing. I found them very accomodating, well presented and very communicative to our needs. we had stuff in storage at the takanini branch for nearly 5 years. Now why can't other companies (& govt depts) provide the same level of customer service, maintaining stds, being helpful that Dave & Margaret provided us? Really really recommend this branch.

I had my belongings in storage with Takanini National Mini Storage for 2 1/2 years and never had any issues. They were very informative of any work being done, office hours & all things related. Very friendly people who helped in every way they felt necessary. Pleasant experience.

awesome people to deal with, they go that extra mile for you to accommodate your needs. my sister was there for a few years, then we used it for a year, excellent service, great for our business. Highly recommended to anyone, i will use them in the future.

Great place we stored for 3 months, found it affordable, the customer service was great ,we got lots of freebies when we signed up,friendly reminder midway through the month on email which was so handy.....Storage is clean ,and very secure ,we will definatly store with them again.....My mum stored with them a few years ago and we had no problems then either....
