Property Valuations Ltd was established in 2004 continuing the practice of Guy Stevenson & Petherbridge, Papakura a company which had been operating in the Manukau, Papakura, Franklin and north Waikato area since 1974.
We have continued to provide a comprehensive range of consultancy services. We are local Valuers living within the district and pride ourselves on our local knowledge, expertise and experience. Emphasis is given to independence, integrity and confidentiality.
All of our Valuers are members of the New Zealand Institute of Valuers and of the Property Institute of New Zealand and work under a strict Code of Ethics and National Legislation. (The Valuers Act 1948)
Property Valuations Ltd property reports and valuations are well recognized within the industry.
We have a long established relationship with other local professional services.
Currently the team comprises five Valuers plus supporting staff.
