Registered in April 1996 BML has extended its services to include Body Corporate, Secretarial Services, Building Management, Property Maintenance and Investment Management.
BML is supported by a management team with over 24 years experience in Property Investment and Management.
Today the company prides itself in providing the very best management services. We manage properties that presently include luxury Auckland Inner City, and North Shore executive homes, including the Massey University Student Villages.
BML offers a professional and complete property management service. A service that includes amongst other things, letting and tenant screening, rent collection, regular property inspections, property management and maintenance.
