DESIGN
Here at Blow Moulders Ltd we use the latest in computer aided design systems incorporating 3D modeling of product through to design. We can offer assistance to customers in designing products to individual requirements.

TOOL MAKING
An in-house tool making department means Blow Moulders are able to continually upgrade its products. These services are also available to customers, meaning a complete in-house service.

CUSTOM MOULDING
Capability: 100ml to 20 litres.

MANUFACTURING
Using a wide range of modern blow moulding machines we are capable of producing containers from 100ml to 20 litres. We can also provide visi-stripes in containers in the 1 to 5 litre range. These are used to gauge the volume of liquid dispensed or remaining in the container.
