I had a dress that was drycleaned here and returned with marks that were not there previously. I understand we all make mistakes so did contact them and spoke to a guy called Max to give him a chance to apologise and see if he could maybe fix it. He was unbelievably rude, swore at me, said it was my fault (?!) and refused to refund me. I was horrified! I would not trust them with anything of value (or anything I liked!). Really poor customer service. The guy seems to think he's of high importance so doesn't need to be polite to anyone. He's just cleaning clothes so I don't understand that attitude at all. A simple 'Sorry, let me refund you' would have been fine. No need to swear at customers!
