"For the past few years we have had the task of trying to out-do the efforts of the year before, at least as far as the design is concerned in my case, and although I wasn't sold on balloons at first, they certainly did it this time. They created a very different and "uplifting" atmosphere from that of past events, and it is such a versatile medium with balloon walls, sculptures, arches and table centers.
