I had great experience with these guys, Kiwi company. Not reap off like somw big Aussie companies who fool customers on interest free deals and raise the prices.

Don't pay this company until the job is done. I rang them for a washing machine repair and they send a repair man around. He looked at the washing machine and said that it is the pump. He replaced the pump for $90.00 and charged us $191.00 all up. My husband was stupid enough to pay him upfront. After repairing the machine - there was no change. He visited our house 4 times in two days and suggested different parts as being faulty. After his forth visit, he still couldn't fix it, he went away and never came back. I rang the manager but he refused to refund my money so that I can find a competent repair man who can do the job, and he hung up on me. I rang back straight away, but the receptionist said that he's busy with someone else. The manager believes that they were doing a good job even though my machine isn't working. Personally, I don't believe they are competent for this type of work - and hope that you, as a consumer, won't fall into the same trap.
