Established in 1993 as "Truck n Loader", IanHiggins purchased his first Curtainsider Truck. Steady growth over the next 10 years meant expansion so "Renwick Transport Ltd" for formed in 2005.
Husband & wife team Ian and Karen Higgins are very passionate about the business and family involvement. Karen eventually found the administration side too busy and convinced daughter Jacky Smith to leave her Pharmacy Job and join the team in January 2005. With 10 trucks and varouis machinery the business continued to grow under the management of a very customer focussed family and team of dedicated, experienced drivers.
Daughter Jen Hall joined in 2008 so that Jacky could concentrate on managing the Operations side of the business with Jen running the day to day office requirements that had grown considerably.
In August 2009 big changes and growth were again afoot with the move from Tyrone Park, Renwick Premises to Broadbridge Transports Yard along with the purchase of their General Freight & Fertiliser Business and six more Trucks and various Machinery.
