Our Goal is to provide the most effective Massage Therapy in Auckland.

Our Managing Therapist is trained in the many facets of muscular health care in both NZ and abroad, and has been in hot demand around the globe amongst the physically fit and health conscious.

The great thing about Rewind is that we can come to you. Our Massage Services are fully mobile and we cover the whole of Auckland.

Otherwise if you would like to come to us we have a clinic in Ponsonby, Auckland City.

Our client base demonstrates the quality of our service, with clients ranging from Hollywood Movie Stars to Professional Athletes (Including members of Team NZ, Alinghi, International Ironmen, and plenty of NZ professional rugby players) as well as hundreds of everyday Kiwis, Rewind is the benchmark in Sports Injury & Massage Therapy.

i was recommended to use Hollie after pulling a tendon in my right hand, running from thumb to elbow.. it was so bad i couldn't even turn the key in my car or hold anything. i am a photo retouch artisit, and photographer, and was told by my my hand therapist to take 3-6 MONTHS off work for it to heal. if i did that i would lose my job! so i decided to have weekly massage with Hollie, and kept my arm brace on as much as i possibly could. over 6 months i regained the use of my hand and it healed. i cannot thank Hollie enough, as ACC were not willing to cover my time off work. she saved my career in my eyes, and i still get massage now, to make sure i don't get any OSS/RSI from my job. and it is also enjoyable, Hollie has a great sense of humour and is VERY witty! thanks Hollie, you rock! love loz at lab7design

I've had a bad back for a long time now from an accident. I've been through all the pain specialists, therapists, hospital people etc who were about as helpful tits on a bull. Hollie however has been brilliant in addressing my pain issues rather than getting me to a whole bunch of useless stretches like my Physio does. Great to finally get the help I needed......my back is feeling so much better than it ever has before. Thank you so much for your down to earth approach to fixing me up....I would highly encourage others who have back problems to get Hollie to get it right for you, she is absoulutly brilliant.

Would highly recommend Hollie to anyone. I have had regular massage for over 7 years and in that time have gone through about 6 different therapists, I can honestly say that Hollie is the best massage therapist I have ever had and she will have me as a client for ever. Your the best Hollie

Found service absolutely brilliant. I have a very physical job and have been through countless physios and other massage therapists but hadn't found anyone who was willing to give me solid, deep tissue massage to address my pain. I am a regular client now and have been off pain meds fulltime for nearly 8 months. Thanks again Hollie!

Really good! Got me back on the field and playing in no time. I was really impressed at the speed of my recovery. I had a rugby injury and was being treated by my team Physio for about 2 weeks and had no progress (all he did was put an ultra-sound machine on it). A guy from my team recommended Rewind, after two sessions my improvement was really noticable and I was able to start training again. Really impressed.
