The Port of Napier has the essential facilities required to handle all forms of shipping and operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The Container Terminal handles cargo of all types with an emphasis on refrigerated products. Napier has four mobile container cranes and a wide variety of cargo handling equipment to meet the special needs of different cargoes and products. Particular emphasis being on handling refrigerated cargo in both container and break bulk form.
