I will negotiate with your employer on your behalf, arrange and support you in mediation, and if necessary, even represent you in the Employment Relations Authority or the Human Rights Tribunal.

11th February 2015 "Upon doing research, David is NOT a registered or non-practicing psychotherapist despite charging common psychotherapist rates. His website makes a borderline statement misleading prospective clients into believing he is one, which could be argued as a violation of section 7 of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003. Charging $120 an hour despite his website stating he charges $100 was also misleading.
He had managed to cause my supporting friend in our session to feel bullied, manipulated, and put down. Rather than slowing down and backtracking, even after directly being asked to, he had later started up a confrontational exchange again we had asked him not to do.
Speaking for myself, I was confused over half the session as to where he was going with tangents we weren't interested in discussing. I was caught off guard on the idea that a client had to play the role of counsellor to convince David to not take a disagreement personally and calm him down. Based on what I have seen, I don't at all think his demeanor would be safe or productive for anyone. I would not recommend him as a counsellor or therapist."
