Smartbox provides an easy mobile self storage solution where the storage unit is brought to you. You have up to two days to pack your belongings in your own time and then contact us when you're ready. We then pick up the Smartbox and store it in our secure storage facility.
If you need to access your belongings, that's easy too! We can bring your Smartbox back for a day or you can come and visit us at our storage facility.

How big is a Smartbox storage unit?
The inside of a Smartbox is approximately 3m long by 1.8m wide and 2.4m high. You can generally fit all the belongings from a 1 to 2 bedroom home into one Smartbox.
What locations in Auckland is Smartbox available?
Smartbox delivers to most areas in the main Auckland urban area from Albany to Papakura and Whitford to Massey. (Extra costs may apply if you live on an offshore island or outside the Smartbox Auckland area. Please contact us to check.)
Packing materials
Smartbox has all the packaging supplies you need for the safe storage of your belongings. We have moving boxes, mattress covers, labels, tape... everything you need for storage or moving house. Buy items individually or purchase one of our pre-prepared Packaging Kits.

28th August 2009 Both pick up and drop off staff very polite & friendly! Saves quadruple handling! Saves on hiring furniture moving trailers. Cheaper than similar sized units at local storage facility. Goods returned just as we left them!! Overall awesome service. Great concept. More affordable. Great staff. 28th August 2009 Smartbox Customer Services was fantastic as were the Drivers. Couldn't believe he could park it where he did!! And I have told other people! Was just so easy and stress free! Just thank you. Was a very stressful time of my life and this concept made it so easy for me and less worries knowing my gear was safe and stored. Trina Yorke

28th August 2009 Great service! Punctual delivery and pick up. Return delivery was 1/4 hour after first indicated and we received a phone call to let us know about this. Not many would bother. Everything was in the same condition as when we loaded the Smartbox.
