I found the I-Contact course fantastic and have been recommending it to everyone. I particularly enjoyed completing it using the online environment. This course is very relevant to the type of work I am currently employed in. My tutor was lovely and really approachable. If given the opportunity to complete another course I wouldn't hesitate.

Fun, easy way to approach study, whilst juggling work and life:) I found Jade and the team very approachable and willing to help at any stage throughout. The application to any contact centre environment is immediate, and this course provided a great recap and enhancement of skills learned and mastered in my 8 years in the industry. These guys are the gold standard to go by!

A great way to learn. Interactive online tasks and suggestions for research worked very well for me. E-learning meant I could access the course at any time and could review previous entries if required. My assessor was excellent - nothing was too much trouble and the results were posted very promptly. I would be very happy to repeat the experience and highly recommend it.

I am such a huge fan of learning and having other people enjoy learning too. This course was actually fun and with the mix of practical and theory meant I wasn't just sitting writing all the time. The ability to do the course online was a first for me, and I loved the flexibility it gave me. I use my learnings every day, and highly recommend the course and icontact to anyone in business, credit control, or any administration function.

In my dealings with I-Contact I have found the team to be willing to assist at all times. The tools on I-Contact mixed with their personal touch makes the customer experience memorable for the right reasons. The ITO we use recommends this as the preferred tool for people learning and I can certainly agree with this. In the next lot of people I will be taking through NZQA qualifications, I will be certainly signing up for this tool.

Would not recommend using iContact. The structure of the course was very confusing, often mind - boggling. The assessments were just as flaky as the Assessor. Poor communication, we were often left guessing a lot of the time. Even when we finished the course, only 2 of the 4 of us (doing the course together), received congratulatory emails and important info on how our NZQA credits would be passed. Quite disappointing considering the amount we paid for the course.
