I bought some JBrand jeans which stretched so much they are now a larger size. I asked Adorno to exchange them for a smaller size since the extent to which they stretched means they now didn't fit. Since I only bought them 2 weeks ago I did not think this would be a problem. The salesperson said no they wouldn't do this and I would have to send them to JBrand. Surely the retailer would normally do this not the customer.
