Kirkpatrick Estate Winery (KEW) is located on the fine wine producing Patutahi Plateau near Gisborne.
Kirkpatrick Estate Winery-KEW is one of a very few winery and vineyard sites in Gisborne, this allows winemaker Anita Ewart-Croy to concentrate on producing high quality estate grown wines. Located in the Patutahi Plateau, which is renowned for producing premium quality grapes, the vineyard is comprised of Merlot, Chardonnay, Malbec,Viognier and Gewrztraminer.
Having grown up on a farm across the road, Simon Kirkpatrick was well aware of the potential of the site. With 7 vintages and 52 medals under their belt KEW is definitely worth a visit.
Call in and visit our Cellar Door that has absolutely exquisite views of the Patutahi Plateau and surrounding countryside from the elevated terrace where you can sip on one of the premium KEW wines and relax with a KEW antipasto platter.
