Polite enough and we had both cats with them originally but had on going flu problems with cat A which was resolved at another vet. Took cat B to here recently same problem and again not resolved, will be transferring both to the other local vet.

Laurie Knight is awesome but I find the lady vet extremely grumpy. Wish she wasn't because the vetpractise is awesome apart from that.
