we have had to go the VRB on the advice of professionals in the industry to get this valuer investigated for what we feel is a questionable valuation.
You may find them cheaper but you will get a amateur report with glued in photos and cut out and glued in sentences under them.
and have the extra cost of another valuer to value the property and produce a report that has not been inflated to help out a friend.
