in our experience we would urge you to find another valuer to value your property. we have had to go the VRB on the advice of professionals in the industry to get this valuer investigated for what we feel is a questionable valuation. You may find them cheaper but you will get a amateur report with glued in photos and cut out and glued in sentences under them. and have the extra cost of another valuer to value the property and produce a report that has not been inflated to help out a friend. We hope the purchase of your home is not as stressful as this one has been
