No stars awarded whatsoever. However, I am forced to give them a 0.5 star rating or I'm unable to submit this review. Disappointed. Standing orders are a complete waste of time. They can't guarantee a cab for an intellectually disabled man any more. Late EVERY day for over a week. The excuse was, it is because of the school holidays. Today he has been left standing in Hukunui Cres for an hour & a quarter! No reason given. They don't leave children standing , why do they think it's OK to leave disabled people without transport? Last week when I called yet again, I asked why they have a contract with ARC if they can't supply. Smart aleck answer was, "Because we're SO reliable!" I have a constructive suggestion for sure. Standing orders should be just that, ESPECIALLY for our most vulnerable people.
